Ron Hong of Insurance One Group ensured a seamless, stress-free process to review our current insurance policies. I provided copies of our current automobile and home insurance policies and some additional information. Not only did Ron provide significant savings on both insurance policies but took all the necessary steps to notify both of my old insurance agencies which resulted in my receiving the prorated dollar amounts from those companies without having to contact either agency. we recently changed our car insurance to progressive, and the help we get from the agent Mike Watson was amazing super helpful very professional i couldn’t get a better agent that Mrs Watson. He is the definition of customer service. if I have to rank Mrs Watson I’ll give him 200 he is the best car insurance agent.

Darrin Zemel with InsuranceOne Group is THE best insurance agent I have ever had. Courteous and clear, he has spent infinite time researching my options and then explaining to me all the details of my insurance portfolio. He always responds my emails within minutes even when late at night . He has handled for me every detail of my insurance needs with my lender, settlement company, new and former car insurance, term life insurance, umbrella insurance, rental insurance...you name it. He has also saved me substantial money by combining insurances and uncovering all available discounts. He will not push products if you do not have an interest or a need. However, he goes the extra mile to make sure whatever product you want is tailored exactly how you like it . He is pleasant and wonderfully polite. I recommend his services with no hesitation.
